Organic Agave Nectar
This subtly sweet nectar is sustainably extracted from Agave plants in the American Southwest. It possesses a low glycemic index (GI) so it doesn’t spike your blood sugar like corn syrup or other low value sweeteners. Agave nectar also has a greater phytochemical potential than other sweeteners due to the presence of more natural compounds with antioxidant activity.
